In September, we highlighted our Responsibility Pillar. Eligible students are those that best adjusted to the new school year/routine. They've been timely, show up to class with appropriate materials, complete their homework, and have shown an overall ability to be responsible for themselves and their possessions. Thank you to the LEA (Linton Education Association) for sponsoring these 6 students. For October, we highlight our Citizenship Pillar. Eligible students are those that have exhibited positive friendships and a respectful attitude toward others. They’ve expressed concern and/or support for others; are honest, trustworthy, kind, helpful, positive attitude, etc. They have an overall show of respect through their manners, words, and actions. We at Linton Public School are grateful to the @AmericanHeart for awarding us their #KHCGrant. Last week our students in grades 5-9 were able to use the new pickleball nets that the grant funds were used to purchase. We would also like to give a huge thanks to @Selkirk for supplying our school with new pickleball paddles through their growth program. #lionpride #togetherweroar
