Former Linton Alumni, Anna Nieuwsma, presented to the 6th grade science class this week. Students were able to characterize and identify rocks, minerals and fossils. What a fun hands-on learning day!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
This week we stop to celebrate our staff and the work they do each day for the students of Linton Public School. We recognize all the hats you wear from planning and preparing, teaching and coaching, to reflecting and learning. You tackle it all for the growth of our students and we thank each and everyone of you. If you see a teacher this week send them an extra thank you!

A huge shout out to each of our LPS students for their entries in the 2022 Amvets Americanism Contest. Tonight, the winners in each grade were recognized for their talents in the K-2 Coloring, 1st-5th Poster and Essay, and 6th - 12th Essay contests at a banquet in Bismarck. This year’s theme was: Why we should honor and respect our Veterans? Congrats to each of our Linton winners and their teachers for their time and talents!
Thank you Bismarck Amvets Post #9 for hosting us and recognizing our students. #lionpride #americanism
