The mobile meat trailer will be at Linton Public School! Ms. Jangula was at training recently, we are so excited for the opportunity for students of LPS.
Ag teachers from schools involved with the Mobile Meats lab brushed up on their meat processing skills this week during a 2-day training. They covered curriculum they’ll be teaching the students, processing, grinding, and packaging the product , and the many health and safety regulations that they must follow to utilize the trailer.
A HUGE thank you to Cloverdale Foods Company for donating the pork loins that were used during the training.
